This is another character that I'm hoping to make an animation out of. His name is The Wet Blanket and he saves the happy people of the city by disappointing them with the sad reality of life.

I like the concept, and while the drawing is good, and I'm also a sucker for stubby feet on certain characters, I don't think it fits here. Boots would look better, in my opinion. But the Face is awesome, as well as how you defined the muscles. Keep up the good work!
