Trying to gather support for a fan film I got to work on, Static Shock Redemption. This is a very minor character in both the cartoon and the fan-film. I got the chance to do various pre-production for Static Shock Redemption. Check out the link above for more information!
This was a one off character in the cartoon, simple named "Monster", Basically a bald hulk with huge ears.
