Like he downed four cups of coffee or drugs. This kinda looks like a collage because the pieces don't fit together well, you should have the transitions of the panels be less abrupt. The guys heads a bit to big, it can be an art style if your going for a cartoonish feel but if you want to go with a style, you gotta be good at your own style. Dude next time dont have a half half thing going on, conect the bottom and the top.
