I found my old drawings, from six years ago when I still used to draw anime, I noticed that I could draw anime better then, than I can draw regular cartoons nowadays. Well, there were years where I didn't drew a single thing so I haven't really practiced, since I was doing computer science and kinda droped/forgot about the arts around that time. I could be a beast right now! OH WELL.

Anyway, I decided to draw another anime style character, I used a few references and tutorials from the internet and worked around them, to get the right angles and stuff, cause I was rusty. I got the sand background from a picture.

As soon as I get my hands on a scanner I'll scan my old drawings from six years ago and digitalize/color them.

It's fun to actually be putting some effort into drawings again!

Good work. The pose looks nice in its awkward way (I don't know, I guess in this case it gives the picture a more natural feel). I also like the facial expression, it gives off a complex emotion, which gives the picture a more interesting flavor. I also like how you could pull of drawing semi decent hands and feet, something that is actually difficult to pull of for some.

So once again, good work.

Great drawing. But this isn't really photography, so i don't see the reason behind the photography tag.

I like the design, the girl and her cute expression, and the swimsuit top, but the top of her body looks larger than the lower half. Still, keep posting. I'd like to see more of your art. And by the way, is she wearing blue shorts or is that a towel draped across her waist?

Steinberg responds:

Wow, I havent even noticed the top of the body seems kinda off, that's what I get for drawing it zoomed in, I neglect the whole picture and focus too much on the individual. Hehe.

And yeah, it's a towel, it looked more like a towel before I drew the table in front of it.

Thanks for your review.
