I am not big on submitting my traditional pieces here but I feel this one is strong enough to sit with my better and more colorful illustrations. Just a very skinny soldier with an overly dark backdrop.

Pencil and Ink on printer paper.

StarwolfTsuname responds:

lol noes you havent because this most certainly is not from Yugioh XD

Good, yet be careful

I really like the amor and the well maching background, but around his head I get lost in gray and details. Be careful, but the art is great.

Mind look at my first NG art post, plz?

StarwolfTsuname responds:

Your right it does get rather busy and I probably should have made lines more clearto avoid confusion, thanks for the comment! :3

not too bad

this is a nice picture, it's pretty good from an anatomical perspective, but it's the armor and background that really makes it shine. The ink only helps to accentuate that and create an atmosphere that feels appropriate for this dragoon like character. My only major critisms would be with the the mid torso, which feels a little off centered and bit lacking in shade detail around the breastplate, and with the mask. While the mask itself looks great, the area beneath it appears almost to be an eyeball done in a sonic-type style. While I realized that was his face and mouth after a moment, it wasn't readily apparant and makes the quality appear much lower than it is. Those two complaints aside, I really do like it. Good work!

StarwolfTsuname responds:

holy fishsticks batman! It took me a few seconds to see the Eye, that is scary! XD Oh boy, heh your right about the torso, its rather awkward and too anime ish. My biggest problem that I am still trying to overcome is hierarchy, its seems its not my strongest point as an artist. thanky ou so much for the honest critique I really appreciate it!
