That's random
I suppose that someone like The Punisher would be able to dish out deranged torture like that. What I find remarkable is how much his penis just contrasts with the rest of his body. It looks like some disgusting red alien popping out of his crotch. This is well done, especially with how the lines and everything else are drawn well. It seems like you worked extra hard to emphasize all of his muscles. I guess that's appropriate.
It's funny how his penis is smoking more than his actual cigarette. The expression on his face is kind of funny. It doesn't seem to be one of anger like he usually has, but one more of confusion. I hate to see how far that thing must have been able to go up the other guy's butt. Cheers for grotesque Rule 34 artwork!
