first time drawing a mech. i know it's not exactly perfect in it's design but it's sort of a practice piece. just thought i'd try something new :)
Lookin pretty good, especially the torso sections. I see you took a few liberties with the design and gave it more of a samurai look but you managed to do it without making it any bulkier. I think you still need to work on the hands a little, they don't seem to be as detailed or proportioned as the rest of the drawing.
I can't give you much in the way of drawing tips, but If you want something to look big (like mechs) you can try lowering the perspective so that you are viewing it from below.
