Congrats of the frontpage award dude! A realistic Wario is cool but it's the last thing we need. lol It looks freaking awesome. The colors, designs, and lighting are perfect for Wario. Wario looks like he ready to kill Mario or something. This was an amazing piece! Awesome Job splosh999! :D

You are an absolute legend among artists.
I would really love to know what this is for, whether it be another piece of art of massive, epic scale, a movie of some sort, a game (Here or whatever) or anything like that... sadly, I already know what you're gonna say, and bottom line: "No." But that will not matter, because by 2013 I shall know. I am a patient man, I can wait, and I am sure I will go insane by thinking of what character you'll draw next...
... and speaking of which, you're only drawing villains at the moment. Coincidence? No way in hell.
