I have always wanted to paint Sub-Zero but never thought I would be able to give him the justice he deserved... I had been putting it off for long enough and I THINK and HOPE I did justice!!!!
I finished it yesterday but the eyes were looking rubbish so I went back today and repainted some of it till I was happy :) Glad I did, it took a turn for the better!!! :D

EDIT!!!!! : I changed the shape of his head so it wasn't as elongated. 2 people I know mentioned it so I did something about it :) Hope its better!

Nice textures and colors
You definitely have an interesting style in the works. I love how when I zoom in I am just blown away by all the minute textures covering the whole piece. It shows that you spent a good amount of time on this. I think the one thing that's making it a little bit off is the lack of bigger creases in his mask and face. You got the small details down which is usually hard to achieve. Maybe try using some bigger details as well. Overall I very much like your style and I think you should keep up the good work.
haha thanks I am glad you like it. Yeah I was gonna add more creases but - then I didnt want the mask to seem as if its loose on his face... and obvs is something is tight - it doesnt really have creases lol :P
I am taking a break from illustrations because I am doing a shit load of studies and things and uploading my progress to my other deviantart account (not the one above).
