I don't have too many complaints about the picture in the middle. That's pretty damn good. However, your lines and stuff are all crooked in the circle and with the designs outside the circle. If you corrected those things it would look much more professional and better. Almost looks like a doom metal cover.

Also, your name: Smilecythe. Is that correct? Shouldn't it be Smilescythe?

Definitely a good cover for a heavy metal band.

I'm really impressed with this work, not many people can draw the nude body and pull it off. You have though. The only thing I would say to change this is to make the nipples darker, not extremely, because it will make the art pop out and look more intimate.
Overall, great great work.
