As a hole its a real nice picture(not that kind of nice). But if you want to nit pick it it could have been better

Ouch
That one looked alot worse than in the movie when the killer cutting off the lips tongue from one of the students from the university that used to be a asylum (no that was not an insult i've meant it in a good way). Awesome job on it, and I for one think that the pool of blood look nice and match the scene, 5/5 10/10.
