This is super-wicked. I love the intestines around the "priest's" waist. The background is superb!

Really well done! I love the esoteric feel of it, as well as the fact that you made no attempt to humanize Satan (getting really bored of that tbh) The teeth in general look great, as does the viscera, cloth, and metal. I also like that you turned the shepherd's crook into what looks like an instrument of slavery and violence. My only advisement's are these: Keep working on hands, you're well your way with them anyways; define the edges of the followers legs more, they kinda blur together; and reshape some of the followers arms, the back two look rather awkward. Really, really cool!

Their faces are really creepy. I like it! It creeps me out but in a good way xd
