Even with that sympathetical author description it's hard to feel sympathy for such a menacing spider character. :) The way you see the spider from the darkness, as she enters, develops a sense of desperation and being trapped. Looks like she's moving fast with the blurry edges too. Stylish and effectual. Nice work!

Sick! Love the use of only black and white, captures the darkness behind this and in lieu with the comment sets it up as something to be wary and scared of. The eyes are creepy and the level of detail with this in the artwork is amazing, captures it perfectly and gives it a niche feeling of darkness and irrevocable horror. Great work, very good.
