Are the shoulders the eyes then nose were the heart would be.?. then stomach the mouth ? or the stomach is a werewolf in it self ?...or are you just talking about the double faces on the main head ?

The tall one looks like hes contemplateing something, and the small ones like 'Naaahh, stop being so stupid!'... But.. Yeah... Demons are awesome...
