A Proper Painting For Once!

A mix of varnish. Oil, water and acrylic paint. Indian ink, polyfiller and weird tile grouting paint.
I don't feel its finished, But I also don't want to do anymore to it.

You cant really see from the photo, But spent A long time building up layers of varnish mixed with small amounts of paint. I also used poly filler to thicken areas. Its not too obvious but areas are sanded down back to the original board.
The photos not the best of qualitly, but areas of the board have the look of old painted wall, thats been sanded and repainted for years..

Your painting looks really messy. But that messy essence also gives this painting it's beauty. And as you said, It doesn't look finished. Plus the head seems to blend with the background, making it more messy. I appreciate the hard work you put onto this, so I'll give you a 9/10.
