This is great, the hair is realistic and the tones are quite accurate, hopefully i can be as good as that one day. :D

My second self portrait, used a photograph of myself as a reference. I'm not actually this hideous in real life, I've just never been good at self portraits. This took forever to complete, about a month (1 hour class periods).
