This picture shows a lot of technique and makes me think you know your way around pastel. The colors are simple, but thats good because they work very nicely. Yeah the iris looks off but hey, that isn't everything in a piece.

Drawn in 2009 with chalk pastel over light graphite sketching. I was informed by my teacher that the iris of the human eye rests on the bottom of the lid, so my eye isn't right, but I still thought this was an alright piece, let me know what you think!
