Pretty much the only things that bother are a lack of a background, some anatomy errors with her arm (her forearm looks like it's way too thin, unless you're going for a more cartoony look), and the lack of detailed shading. It's not all bad, but it could use some improvement, and frankly, a good background. It's pretty good, and I would continue to experiment with this one. Try making some backgrounds for her, and come back to me when you have one, so I can see the results! I would love to see more. ; )
