The head looks a bit misplaced

Decent proportions...

But the head is way small and the hand is not quite right. Left arm should be out further than the breast as well. The breast is sticking out sideways for some reason. At a glance though, the only thing i noticed instantly was the small head. Keep it up though, and practice drawing from life! It will make you much better at understanding the anatomy!
