Decent sketch
This was a pretty neat drawing more like a sketch though, so it would really be nice to see more of a full version of this maybe one with full colored options and such, and also a bigger scale in size of "CANVUS" so while it is just a sketch it could be abit better, and there could be a few added things of improvment more suggested below, I do like the sketch, its pretty good and shows the effort and skill and even put time into it, but a nice effort regardless of it being a sketch or not, anyways keep up the decent art work.
~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
So as mentioned above there could be some improvments on this sketch, maybe a larger canvus size, some added color would be another point of improvment, and maybe even some ink work aswell.

Future?
By "future" do you mean a spinoff from Miss Dynamite? I don't recall this being much different than the previous comics. For whatever reason, this is another nice picture because it shows how good you are with sketches. You rarely see ones that are this well detailed. I like how you make the characters appear to be blushing in this. If I know the relationship between these two, I know that can lead to trouble. It reminds me of this sketch from "The Onion" about a female dictator.
I imagine that if Eva did become a dictator who killed lots of people, it would bring great pride to women. While it isn't the best detailed, it's still nice to see those fancy uniforms. i like how Blackie has a skull for a medal. It would look better with color, but it doesn't need it. Throughout these years, it seems like you have made little difference in your drawing style.
