goodgood

the shading is well done, especially on the mouth. which is good because that's the area of focus and probably the place the viewer will look the longest.

the composition is good too. good use of negative space.

goodjob.

i can`t imagine this to have any good side effects though, video games have portrayed floating lips very differently from what i think you`re going for here, whatever it may be. stay the course, i wanna see more from you!

kinda sucks that the lips aren't DQ tho...

silversunned responds:

I was actually staring at an Album Cover from The Sounds: AKA one of my fave bands for sure, and well This is definitely meant to portray a drug-trip and the charcoal kinda gave it a vintage look and feel LOL

Amazing!

i love this!
What paper did you use? I've tried using coloring pencils and pastel for the same drawing, but the paper I use for pastel is not good for pencils and the paper I use for pencils is not good for pastel :(

silversunned responds:

I just use regular sketch paper, you just have to know how to blend the right mediums on it because it's right in the middle for how well it works with them :D
