This is very abstract and unusual, but at the same time it's an idea that has had controlled execution along with effort filled texture details. I particularly love the way you've used a limited colour scheme to create so many tones and variations.

But it looks slightly random and somewhat lacking in direction. It does sum up loneliness, but it is only slightly more than a well composed spike. Try to emit some more obvious clues as to how it links to an emotion or impression you wish to make.
