I like the picture. It's really good and, because my artistic skills aren't even close to this, I find it hard to critique without feeling hypocritical.
Praise:
~The pose of the character is good
~I like the way she is positioned on the page
~The not so subtle sig tagging actually adds to the freestyle, almost graffiti feel of the pic (I'm not sure if you were going for that, but I enjoy it)
~The creativity that went into the picture is really good.
~awesome hair

Criticism :
~The jaw line on her is too high up giving her head a disproportional quality
~The eyes look a bit large for the face and because of the size of the rest of the body they do not have the 'anime eyes' disposition to fall back on.
~ (not really a criticism) I've noticed in a lot of your pictures (not all) your characters are without mouths. I wondering if this is just your style of if you have a problem with drawing mouths. If you do I'd suggest just brainstorming some ideas on some paper and refining them. Perhaps you might even look at artists you admire for examples.
