everything is great but the water looks to smooth form my prespective i think it needs to be little more rugged that water that is like make the water look almost real not cartoonish sorry

Well first, the ocean and the sky differ, which is great.
The shades of blue differ to a point where it blends well naturally as it would down at cocoa beach (love that place) as opposed to being two different horizontal events.
The clouds are nicely fluffed and spacious as well as the sand being grit and powdery (almost looks like cinnamon i'd want to taste). The sun glare on the corner and on the sea match at just the exact point of brightness.
Now the girl.
Her swimsuit is tailored simple yet stylish with major black and minor green showing outward focus leading my eyes up down and all around. Her hair does is the same justice by following through with this sleekness. The open cuts at the midriff and cleavage give extensive flexibility and easier movement when maneuvering in the water and on land.
Her body build is that of by definition a really active women; like she's on the constant move to experience a lot in life but by no means is hyperactive; more along the lines of motivated to experience adventurous things, seeking out excitement and still maintain composure.
The expression on her face is calming, cute, and chill. She seems like the kind of chick to hang outwith and live life doing shit just cause why the fuck not? Not too laid back but just enough to feel comfortable and familiar with as well as trusting.
What a wonderful contrasting piece you got here.
both environment and point of interest rock it pretty well together.
The only thing i could think of on improving is the left side of her stomach should curve a tad bit more like the right side instead of a straight semi-vertical line
Great job sign, you're starting to become one of my favorite artists here.
