blurry sky from the movement

I have one stipulation! Why the dragon has a tongue on top? This is weird to me!?
The rest of art is OK, cause this is obvious that dragon is in move, so the rest of art is slightly blurry.

I just have to say that the view seems a little too restricted.

I wanted to try to make it a little close so it seemed like it was going right over head.

Basic but well done

Well drawn, but I think the light is misdirected you could have put her behind the dragon so would have had an excuse for more shade and less finished drawing a picture without losing quality, it would save you much work and let you put more detail in the wings and neck.
