I really admire your artistic ability...but this looks nothing like George Harrison. Infact it even looks a bit like ringo.
--Review--
Positive:
I love how completely ridiculous it seems, and yet normal at the same time. The slight colors really add a lot of personality to this piece. I love the tie, how random and odd it is. The ears almost seem like you could expect a small gnome to walk out with a small lantern.
Negative:
It's not overly interesting, other than the colors and shapes. In the future, I would suggest adding something completely out of the norm. To really grab attention. The color really interested me, but other than that.. I'm not sure. It's a really nice piece, and very detailed, but I would suggest adding something to make it a little more interesting.
Overall, I give it a 9.
I like, keep it up. Your style is nice. The exaggeration is classic. The picture is a tad bit boring but very technically efficient. I'd say take risk and add colors that don't seem right and shapes that would normally seem out of place in order to define a classic work of art.
The eyes are a bit slanted, but I really like the detailed shadowing and lighting effects. Definitely feels like a caricature too, with the exaggerated size of the ears. The colors are also interesting as well, great job! The Beatles are awesome! :3

I had to laugh when I saw the shoulders down. Thats really cool how you did the shirt and tie... The lines on the tie look too white though... Whatever. Still real cool pic you have here ;)
