Again, my favourites. I again tried to show how BIG Alaric actually is. A very determined picture.
Made with pencil and coloured pencil.

well

The good things here are his wings, his robe, her hair which works good against the blue. What I don't like are his hand - especially how you can tell the colouring on her is done more sloppy around them, his left knee on which he is kneeling which seems too big and out of proportion, his hip which seems almost non-existent with the way his right leg connects to the body.

But the thing that makes this actually kind of boring to me is the way they look at you - like they are posing for a photograph. Perhaps this was intentional, but compared to your "sweet caresses" for example - the expression on the characters' faces there is conveying emotion and fitting the athmosphere perfectly. This is just not as good as it could be.

Shati responds:

The position of Alaric in this pic was very tough and that was the best I could do. I am still having trouble with good perspective and I am still practicing on it. But I will adhere your advice.
As to the expression... Well, maybe I should have taken more time for them, but my boyfriend gave this drawing book, where this picture is in, as a present to me for my 20th birthday and there HAD to be something in it. I can't stand empty pages. ;) So I was kinda in a hurry.
Thank you for your review.
