What was suppose to be a study on drawing on negative space turned out to be a full fledged hairy illustrations with hidden easter eggs! See whether you can find the two skulls amongst other things. Do you guys think it will be better with colour?

update: I got frontpaged? heh???

Awesome, I love the detail of this ink drawing. It kind of reminds me of Alphonse Mucha's "Job" poster and Art Nouveau in general

Great Job!!! No Color... Usually I am a fan of color but I think this picture being in B&W adds to the value and simple, yet complicated beauty. 5/5

serenekitchen responds:

The b/w does add certain depth in the composition although i'll always be a colour gal :). thanks

Found a lot of things, but no skulls.

Other than the Easter eggs, the art is very good and superb. I agree with Schizo666, art like this would be ruined by color. Some pieces of art don't need extra things to make it perfect, esp. when it's already there.

serenekitchen responds:

Thanks for the great compliment! if you wanna find the skulls, look where the hairs become circles characteristic of eye sockets :)
