Newgrounds 20th anniversary is several months away. Newgrounds was created by Tom Fulp in July 6th 1995 and to celebrate it I decided to make every Newground characters in style of Pocket Fighter for the Neo Geo Pocket Color coincidentally Newgrounds got it's name from a Console system.
