This will be my wallpaper. Where to start?

What compels me to make this wallpaper in Gimp is that I am very addicted listening to Volkor X, a composer who makes awesome 80's style tune in style of cyberpunk. I also enjoyed Daft Punks music too as seen in this wallpaper who attempts to try to take Volkor X down via Volkor X Henchmen (Botsuri from Vanguard Princess) responding the situation (which will not happen since Volkor X is an immortal badass than any 80's overlord). This music got me into the 80's cyberpunk in the first place. :)

Disclaimer: I do not own any of these reference on the image in particular: 80's cartoons of villains including Hitler from Kung Fury, Botsuri (modified in hologram) and Kanae (modified) prototype sprites from Vanguard Princess, Toby Fox, Daft Punk Tron Guys, The dragon for Hilda Rize also from Vanguard Princess, and the elemental crystals for the hardest boss in fighting game history from Arcana Hearts series belongs to it's respective owners. Volkor X himself is custom made inspired by Vanguard Princess.
