Nice combination
The two aspects of this picture (the smudgework and the photo) come together wonderfully. The scaling of the smudgework works very well with the photo and the colours contrast perfectly. Emblem in the corner is kind of an eyesore however.
im an artist who sellin my art ... its a copyright obligation for the stamp ..its said that its belong to me . i dont care if peoples did not like it i want to protect the art that i put effort into .
