She is easy
Off your light take out a shotgun go near her, point directly at her face and boom head shot instant kill. But great art, like it. The mouth doesn't look like the game though

Stunning.
I'm definetly favoriting this. One of the books (the baby blue one) is the zombie survival guide, I was paging through that once. It was funny as hell :) Don't know the other one though. Anyways, this totally captures the feeling of walking in on a witch. It reminds me of my first time playing L4D. That scary moment of, "AWWW FUCK!" when you lay your light on her, and she jumps up and begins mauling your face off. Nice job, I love your left 4 dead stuff :)
