Portrait Warm-Up Sketch

Did a quick photo-referenced portrait sketch. I don't usually post much practice stuff here so I thought I should mix it up a bit.

Not bad for getting it done in 10 minutes. I would clean up the shadowing on the left cheak but besides that it's pretty damn good.
