My last drawing of 2012!
Fullview please! :D

This one was a commission, but I had so much fun drawing it, I didn't even feel like I was working! :D

Originally I wanted to add colour, but I tried a different approach where I worked strictly from black and white -- and that kinda screwed me over for adding realistic looking colour later on. I think the 'sepia' look suits the image, though... Don't you? :o

my fave of all your art.

Sabtastic responds:

Thanks! I think this one's my favourite in terms of aesthetic, too.

I have said it before.... but I am going to say it again. This is the best female artist on Newgrounds folks.

This is crazy good, the skin tones are dead on. even the way the sun bounces off her leg and scatters realistically. Her waist, chest and neck all have a great volume. that chair is pretty nuts too. Lol, you and your self portraits. :3

Sabtastic responds:

Haha,
I WISH IT WAS A SELF PORTRAIT!

You flatterer, you. ;D

SABRINA I LOVE YOU

Sabtastic responds:

I-I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY

Awesome way to end 2012,anyone else notice that rodent on the top of the chair?

Sabtastic responds:

Hahaha - Yeaaah... That's kind of an inside joke at the request of the commissioner.
Every piece that this guy commissions has to have his sock puppet 'Fluffy' hidden somewhere.
