Aw, he's so sad. :'C
lol I was bored one day while waiting for one of my courses to start, so I started sketching Blanka. The rough sketch turned out to have a humongous sadface, and I just had to finish it.
He's probably so sad because this isn't actually that great of a drawing. A-hur-hurr.
