Nice finish
A very nice finish here and we'll executed candle and wax created work some nice subjects they teach you in school this was a good finish shot here too and. Love the view shot even a nice elegant piece even with the candle lit up like that so nice job I think a colored mirror base might of had a small different effect but this did just fine it seems so anyways keep up the amazing work here

One of my favourite photos from the candle project I just finished for a unviersity art course.
Thought this would be relevant to any other students out there this time of year.
All made from paraffin wax, took approximately 2-3 hours to melt and over 20 hours to make.

You know, this more or less describes the build up to deadline of most projects I did at Uni lol. Especially the later ones..... so many all-nighters

Hehe sorry. It's supposed to evoke those kinds of emotions; or at least that's what I was going for.
If it helps any, I feel super stoked now for having done this project because I learned so much about making sculptures and working with wax!

Good piece! Wish I could get into college. I just wish I knew how. I mean they just made it impossible for me and they do nothing to help.
So you melt a candle you made and take a picture of it and you ace your art classes? Cool! And I can see why. You capture emotions well. Could be brighter tho. I know its hard to tell with candles but its a little dim. They produce light but not enough. That could just be me tho.

I remember my application process for university being really confusing and frustrating. They really do make it difficult. ... As far as I know, though; most college/university campuses have some sort of student info center or head office that you can personally visit or contact-- they'd be the most helpful. Just give 'em a call and ask when and how you can sign up!
