Woohoo! Front page!! :D
An Art Nouveau adaptation of Fierce Deity / Oni Link accompanied by (almost) all of the good and evil masks from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
Fierce Deity link doesn't get enough love in the fan art department, imo.
Worked on this one in a bit of rush, (so it's done in time for Animethon) but I'm happy with how it turned out.
Let me know what you think! Be critical!

dude this is fucking awesome. i don't know what i would really change about this.... link stands out a little too much. i feel like he doesn't fit with the picture. i would like it if he blended in more, but that's just me.
but really, this is phenomenal. good job!!!!

Very good, but a few things could make it better.
The styles. Each individual style looks fresh, but you have 3 different styles clashing on here. You got the anime style for bosses, a minimalistic style for masks 1/2 the masks, and you're own style for the other half and deity. I'd keep it to 2 max. My suggestion would be either make everything that's not deity to 'highlight' deity, or make the bosses in your own style.
Again, very good. If you like it how it is, that's fine. My opinion is just that: my own opinion. But take my little bit of feedback if you're looking to improve.

I'm not going to lie; this is currently my favorite piece on Newgrounds.com.
The masks in the background are what make this piece so perfect; I love how you captured each and every one of them in a creative way, bringing highlights to some of the portions of the game that I haven't even thought about in years.
As far as my qualms could go with this piece, I'll lay them out, but don't take them too critically; you did this in a hurry.
1. Placement of masks. With the circle being covered up by the centerpiece, Oni-Link, I would have placed the Deku, Zora, and Goron masks at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock to draw them into highlights. They are the most used masks in the game so I would think you would have showcased them a little more.
2. The coloration (the light grey) on the chest piece around the triangle and moon shapes is a little too blotchy; it could have been angled up a little better to fit the sharper edged used in the bosses and centerpiece.
Apart from those, I adore every single aspect of this piece. The bosses are executed excellently and the masks and Link's design contrast very well in a Light VS Darkness kind of way when set against them.
Thank you so much for this, it was a true pleasure to look over, awe over, and to scrutinize. :P
