Creature concept design. Not sure what to name him........ this was done with pencil, gel pen, and digital retouching.

Jazza rocks! Thank you so much for featuring me and putting my art on the front page of Newgrounds! I'm still so blown away by it. Check out Jazza's youtube channel Draw With Jazza. You will not regret it =)

Pretty darn cool. Reminds me of Zerg of sorts... thats why I feel like the name should end in -lisk or -ling, but thats just because I have too much starcraft on me.
Scythelisk? :d

Goddam this is cool. You're on my favorites list now. The aesthetic of this image reminds me of diablo (back when it wasn't ruined by diablo 3). I love how demonic and visceral it looks, like the anatomy fits together even though I've never seen anything like it, and it could be a real creature ready to tear me apart. The only thing that slightly bugs me is the asymmetrical framing, but I'm sure that was intentional. Great work, thanks for sharing!

name him after a controversial historic figure, but make sure he is obscure enough and despicable enough. but ambiguous. an example can be nimrod.

RussFairchild responds:

lol good idea =)
