Your review is just plain useless.
I love the cartoon style drawing here, but I also like the fact that it had quite a bit of detail even for a cartoon. I like how the left eye is very evil, but I feel like the right eye should look a bit different. The very open round whole (even though it doesn't have an eye) almost gives it a friendly feeling. I feel that if you made it a bit squinted like the other one or perhaps had some extra carnage hanging from the socket that it would have worked a bit better.
Also, the tongue gives it a bit of a friendly feeling as well. Despite the fact that he looks like he would tear me to shreds and that he looks like a killing machine, I just don't feel that fearful when looking at him I guess. I feel that you could have made him a little bit more bloody as well.
I'm thinking that perhaps if there would be more of a background that it would have been a tad bit better as well. The background that you used did look great, but I envision an old/dark ally with some sort of garbage in the background. I also think you should have had the severed body behind the main attraction of the picture somewhere in the ally behind.
An all around good picture even though I thought of a lot of things that I personally felt could improve it.

REALLY FREAKY, the idea is very original by the way, i love 5/5 and 9/10
I have to say the coolest detail of this is the shading, it really pulls off the dark feel to the picture.
