i liked the robot, the girls were just meh. not enough details on them, and they all look like the same girl. triplets?
plus the picture doesn't make much sense. how come there are no lights? don't you need to see what you're doing? (i mean, it looks nice with the moonlight i guess, just saying)
the starry background is another reason this owns. i've set this as my wallpaper, "centered" and it makes me feel nice. WOO.
Wow. I don't normally comment on too many things - but I simply had to in this case! Very cool. Mad talent.

i don't know, i don't keep track. but for something of this size i work on it on and off every day for a week and then it's done
You've got quite the skill for art, animation, and overall flash and photoshop prowess! This piece has some truly great detail to it, and was definitely not drawn overnight, either!
What I hear some people complain about are 2 things.
One is the fact that you keep drawing girls in your art pieces.
...what's the problem here? That's just freakin' fine with me. And besides, as you've hilariously replied as once before, "Wouldn't a girl fetish make me straight?" It most certainly would.
The other problem is that the bodies are entirely proportionate.
Look guys, it's a freakin' cartoonish body structure. Do you honestly think that the legs were supposed to be to the correct proportions? Seriously, it's obviously the guy's style, and I happen to like it, just so ya' know. I don't like his style making that score any lower.
Anyways, there's my rant.
I loved this piece, Ritl! You keep rockin' on and showing us how much freakin' better you are at this than about 90% of everybody else, and have yourself a nice day.

the funny thing about the proportions is that all my girls used to be really really skinny, but over time they've put on a bit more weight. i always thought they looked more appealing now. thanks

This looks pretty brilliant man. The colours are absolutely gorgeous, especially in full view. Gotta ask, what are those 2 light sources? Random lights in the background? The sun and moon?
Only real criticism is that the girl on the top, her feet look pretty huge. That's all though. Gonna check out more of your stuff now.

two stars. the blue one is a white dwarf, so it is giving off blue light

...the way you capture motion in stillframes. There's not a single perceptible flaw in this piece. Keep at 'cause you have quite a talent.
Pretty good, but an MS Paint cut sprite of mario would really add a nice touch to this piece.

The lighting, especially on that girl on the top, is mind boggling...
The way her shirt is in shadow, in addition to the rim lighting, man it's amazing.
Gotta go wipe the drool off my shirt.
The lightning the setting and the design everything its so perfect, I liked it so damn much It inspired me to do a picture with the same idea, I hope you dont mind or else i will delete it right away.

girls gotta work late to get the job done...HAWT lol.....^<>^ now the critic in me sez; awsome textures on the robot, keeping it simple but a decent amount of detail, loved the shading and how you found a way to balance the girls against they're giant friend. The shades from the two larger stars blend beautifully(or did i say that already?) and i don't mind a little meat on the bones, better than blowing away in the wind, in my opinion. And the textures are magnificent
Just love the shading in it, must have been a real pain in the ass to do that.
Also liked the two different colored stars/moons (sorry i'm not really sure what they are).
And i don't get why some other people complain about you only drawing girls, i'd choose to watch girls over guys anyday, or is that just weird these days? :p
And there's nothing wrong with the legs of the girl at the top, it's good to have a little meat around the bones, as long as she doesn't look like Fat-Bastard.
Just one question though: how's the slurpee warrior gazing at the stars planning on geting down?

i really like this piece a lot. oh.... and Fluffkomix is a moron. if he thinks that the girl is too fat he is what is wrong with our society's view on womens proportions. keep up the amazing artwork.
but i find that the legs on the girl at the top are too fat, so it throws off the proportion of her body a bit too much for this style. i slightly disagree with hans considering that the glow from the sun is pink, but i think it should be more of a yellowish pink so it matches with the actual color of the song as well.
but i can't say i don't love the coloring and shading of this piece. love your imaginative drawings.

Jesus, what can you even say about this piece. It's easily the best you have. It's like taking nearly all of the influences of this futuristic world we've seen you create in so many flash films and taking the most perfect of snapshots. It actually inspired me to actually deposit today for the first time in weeks just to maybe get that extra .01 to buff its score all that much.
At first i was going to give it a 10 due to the immense detail you'd seemingly placed in such a small space.... i'm quite new to the Art Portal regardless of its age, but when i saw the full size link... i was blown away. The ONLY fucking thing even mentioning as any kind of constructive criticism is that the red and blue orbs should blend out more distinctly. Yes they've the colored auras surrounding them, but i mean their immediate surroundings aren't perfect.
That being said..... the rest is. The bodies of the women are stunning, the feet are a bit big, but the human body is a bitch to draw anyways, one bitch i'll never get some with.
As for my FAVORITE part? Easily the electrical graphic coming forth from whatever middle girl is using on the robot. The details around JUST that point are astounding when you zoom in, and are why i said what i did about the orbs in the higher portion of the picture.
Please don't stop making these, it'd be an insult to all the fame we've given you as a site ;). And god DAMN i want to see more and more of your work
but how does the yellow sun give a pink light trim on the girl laying on the top. i see how the blue sun give blue light trimming. bit of an inconsistency, might as well not show the suns so that we can fill in the blanks in our own mind. but still cool.

The lighting effects are great
The choice of colors and those shades were excellent and very soothing to the eye. I love the brush-strokes you did for the robot, giving it that rough metal look.
The simplistic structure of the robot makes me look at this piece with lightheartedness, which is in context with the repair crew... doing jack shit ^__^. Lol... the chick on the robot-head is acting like a pin-up girl, the other girl is just gazing at the stars and the other guy is working with such lack of interest that I'd just smack him on the neck.
It was both funny and peaceful to watch. Great job as usual.

The animation is smooth, and the concept leaves thoughts.
And there you go again with your textures, ligthing, composition and colors. I can easily see that you've been studying this stuff.
