Fat or not?
Looks a lil on the chubby side, depending on the stance usually your stomach would tighten well, least i think so, the way it looks fat tho is a lil above, and the fact that theirs really no "Flow" with the body stance, i tried making designs and its hard as hell to work on the stomach section let alone the whole body, im better at making masculine male characters compaired to female anonomy which i clearly suck at. Lol cept the abs section i can sure as hell make the perfect abs drawings

The "gut" thing
I don't see it, looks like she has a flat stomach to me. But looking in that area I have noticed it looks like she might have big hips, which definitely isn't a bad think. I've also noticed alot of the girls you draw have thick legs, which is kinda sexy in my opinion lol.
Great art, looking forward to more.
