Seems a bit off balance.
Maybe it;s just me, but I find this submission to be a bit off balance. The body of the character is great, the cartoony feel and look of it really is done very well, but when you get up to the face of Jack Sparrow, it just doesn't fit. You made the chin way to long and odd looking to really work well with the rest of the body, and the lack of background makes it tough to overlook that. I also found the sheen look of his hair to be a bit odd looking too, but all in all it wasn't a bad submission.
