Basically the message behind this picture (without the words, I just added those because I think they fit the image itself) or why I made this picture is because of the recent stress I've caused myself over speaking... When I say things, I feel like no matter what people always interpret them in a different matter than how I'd like them to be. I could say something completely harmless, but people will think I mean a major offense.
So, I just kind of trap myself in this silent barrier. My thoughts get all scrambled up, from constantly contradicting myself. The black squiggles and shit around the guy are his thougths creating this swarm to keep him from seeing clearly... And there's stuff growing on the outside of it, just showing that his barrier has quite some age to it.

If I don't shut up, I'll keep on saying stupid or offensive stuff. So when half of the whole term of my second year hs started, I've decided to shut my mouth and go away from people (except in the web) except if the teacher asks me to answer things.....Ok I get carried away...Great artwork!! Completely matched me in a picture. I don't know why, but at lot of your pictures really match aspects of my life. This was me until a few months ago, and it kind of scares me because it's who I was, not who I am. It's like looking into a mirror and seeing someone who looks like you but isn't you. Anyway, sorry for rambling on, I get carried away sometimes. :P The actual art is amazing, as always, and I love how you made his eyes stand out from his body.

Basically, I'm kept silent because of I'm afraid of what everyone else is going to think of what I have to say(the duct-tape over his mouth/straight jacket on him). And so, while being kept silent because of this, I get confused and can't understand most people clearly (the black stuff around him)... It's been awhile since I've felt like this, so it's hard to remember the true meaning...
