Great!

This has to be one of the best art i have seen in awhile for madness. This is FANTASTIC the way the bodies are splattered all over the walls the blood looks like its oozing down pure Awesomeness. You sir are great at this art and should keep doing so. The detail is just amazing. Automatic 10,000/5

This is utterly immense. How did you achieve that sweet gore? Photoshop or traditional methods?

Thank you! And this was all done in scratch right in photoshop. I have a youtube with some speedpaints I've done that show the process I normally go through to create my works. :)
