Rather cute.
That's pretty much it.
What else can I say about a ridiculously happy road sign except for that fact that its cute? I can picture this as becoming a rather successful T-Shirt design.

Crap!but not crap?
First when i saw the picture without clicking it,i thought,"wow,this should be removed" but when i clicked and saw "smiles for miles" i decided i didnt think it was crap.Actually its pretty funny.
