Looks as if you put several of the tentacles there to cover up some problem areas that you have with drawing bodies. I know that feeling as I used to draw before. But the only way to get past it is to practice, practice, practice. You somewhat know what your doing with the shading and 3-D effect but your not quiet there. The unshaded parts of the picture add a feeling of uselesness to the parts that are shaded for a glosses 3-D feel. The outlining also diminishes that effect. Use a sharpie or thick marker to make the outline as smooth and solid as possible. Left shoulder looks a bit too meaty. Try and even out the arms legs handfs and breasts as much as possible, because if someone looks hard enough, they are noticable. The nipples need to be pointing the the overall direction of where the boobs are pointing. Your pretty close to it on the right breast, but on the left you put it almost directly in the center.
