It is pretty good,it has a backround,but it wont pass the contest.
They want a character to interact,not a dog to bark.The dog might talk of course,but still it is not a human character.If they wanted a talking dog they could use Scooby Doo (i fucking hate that cartoon)

Well, they featured it in the contest flash as an example of what you can do, so I'm pretty sure it doesn't go outside the guidelines. I think the character is going to be a quick sight gag, anyway.

Ya to the guy down below bashing him, I checked. He was right, this WAS submitted before the flash toon. And good job on the drawing Renegade i like it and hope it wins, if not at least the dog got into the character contest vid : D
