This is a common wall in ResPublic, one nice place in Vilnius.
I really like that place, though I wasn't there for a long time.
Free artist can do all what they want there, draw on walls and etc.
Often they draw something on a newspaper and stick that newspaper on the wall, where their creation will live a long life, till it's not destroyed by weatherer, teared down by people, or eaten by another creation.
