Arthur Collins never thought this would happen to him. He once loved his country, he thought he would someday enlist in the military and serve for the greater good.

Then he came across the armor pod. It transformed him into an entity known as the Wind Claw. Since then he has learned of the many secrets that have been covered up by the minority in order to maintain an oppressive hold over the people's rights, and the people's will.

Now he fights against what he knows to be a woman that has been charged with killing him. Armed with similar technology to his own, and a devotion to her family, unit and country she aims to end his life.

What is Arthur to do? He sees within her everything that he hoped to be. Everything that he admires. He would have followed her to the ends of the Earth, but he knows that she lives in a cage....

A cage that he must free her of.
