Drew this for the hell of it. Police in a random city chasing a Silver 2002 Ford Mustang (my car).
I used like 10 reference pics, and it was freehanded. Made with graphite wooden #2 pencil, standard paper, and tissue. I also did a little bit of editing with Photoshop because the scanner I used did a bad job.

A very well drawn piece of work the shading was very impressive, and you really bring the picture to life with this scene, kinda makes you want to know more of whats going on here, anyways great drawing

could use more range of values....
Over all your line work is solid, and good perspective work in the scene. What I think needs improvement is your range of values ( you have mostly mid-tones in the pic). your darks aren't dark enough, and you could have push the highlights a bit more too ( like the reflective surfaces of the cars).
Also, it looks like you took your tissue and smeared your mid-tones, instead work your pencil from your darkest shade too the lightest on each shape and form in the piece.
I sure hope this helps, and I can't wait to see how you improve ^_^ !!

Thanks for the tips. Perhaps when I get the use of a real scanner you can see the picture for what it really is. I had to play with the darks and lights in Photoshop because the scanner made most of the page a dull grey.

Perhaps I should add some motion blur. Especially to the wheels. Think that would help?
Solid
A few things: The shading makes some surfaces look a bit lumpy. Also, it doesn't really give the impression of motion, you know? It would probably be hard with a still frame like this, when you don't have soft stuff to wave around in the wind, but it just looks very static.
